Patchwork

 A morning spent sifting through my sewing bag over the weekend and gathering bundles of fabric together for potential quilts. I collect fabric at any opportunity - which makes for quite a mixed selection of print and colour. Charity shops often have brilliant scraps of vintage fabric, but of course Shepherd's Bush market (the motherland) is hard to beat. Two quilt options below.

The window of A1 fabric on Uxbridge road currently takes on Shakespeare with their rendition of A Midsummer Night's Dream. So fantastic.

A1 Fabric on the Goldhawk road is one of London's finest shops, and has everything to indulge the takiest to the most classy of tastes. I'm one for the tacky unfortunately, so I took loads of pictures of sequins... and bought an iron on polar bear.
