Success

 
The mark of success is measured in many different ways for different people. For me though, at some point being able to afford all these beautiful Russell & Bromley shoes would definitely be a good starting point. Not complaining though - I am now the proud owner of some lovely black patent loafers courtesy of some birthday and Christmas gift vouchers I've only just got round to spending. Thank you, Dad.

Woven Leather


Tessa, who has a penchant for loafers (the shiny ones in the photos below were a 21st birthday present to her), must have been on the mind today as I bought these woven leather loafers for £2 pounds today from a shop in Notting Hill. On my way home to Shepherd's Bush I stopped at the market to buy some kind of ribbon to join the missing bit between the leather loops on the front.. I settled for grey snakeskin but was tempted by the purple snakeskin, sequins, plastic hearts and silk ribbons. I'm glad I didn't go there...
